CBS Extends 'Big Brother,' Pushes Back 'Queens' Premiere The final houseguests on "Big Brother 4" will be cooped up a little longer than expected.CBS has decided to push the finale of the show to Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the middle of premiere week. The show had been scheduled to end the previous week.As a result, the season premieres of "The King of Queens" and "Becker," which are moving to Wednesday nights, will each be pushed back a week. "Queens" will have a one-hour season premiere at 9 p.m. ET Wednesday, Oct. 1, and "Becker" will make its season debut at 9:30 p.m. the following week.The extra time will allow CBS to promote the move of the two comedies. The network is trying to establish a second comedy block in addition to its successful Monday-night set."Big Brother" will be extended by two episodes, including the finale. The penultimate hour is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19.
